Great work, fair price. Would use again.

We got a few quotes and went with these guys for the full replacement. Crew showed up on time every day, kept the yard clean, and honestly the new roof looks amazing. Passed inspection first try too which was a relief.

Inspector found the leak we'd been chasing for months — turned out to be a flashing issue. Repair was done the same week. Only ding is the office was a little slow returning calls, but the actual work was solid.

Needed an inspection for our HOA before we could move forward with a re-roof. Report came back within a day and the board approved everything. Super painless.

The repair work itself was fine, no complaints there. But scheduling was a headache — took almost three weeks to get on the calendar and communication in between was pretty spotty. I'd still recommend them for the quality, just be prepared to follow up a lot.

So we had ponding issues on our flat roof for a while. The contractor fixed the drainage and put on a new membrane. It's been through two rainy seasons now with zero problems. Took a bit longer than the estimate — but honestly the end result was worth the wait.

Our insurance covered storm damage and these guys handled everything with the adjuster directly. One less thing to stress about during a pretty chaotic time.
